Q: We have arranged a cruise with Oceania INSIGNIA in July 08 from Venice to Barcelona, the organised cruise shore excursions appear to be expensive, has anyone sailed with this cruiseline previosly? Do they provide transport to the resort destinations (and at what cost) so that we may arrange our own tours/shore excursions
