We have cruised a few times before, but this is the first time on a smaller ship. We chose a stateroom with verandah on the Concierge level. Whilst being very comfortable, the bathroom was very,very, small. Not sure that that can be altered, as it is a small ship. However, you do get used to it and it did'nt spoil the holiday in any way. We particularly liked the free dining aspect. Food and service cannot be matched. Also, having different restaurants to choose from was another bonus. Not being pool people we cannot comment too much, besides that it looked quite small. Though I understand it had salt water and not fresh, which would have made a change. They could have had a few more lounges out on the deck in the shade. Most of them seemed to be around the pool area, which could be quite hot to sit in for any length of time. Finding areas to read apart from your stateroom was not difficult and the library was well stocked. It was a shame about the Muzak being played in most of the areas inside except for the library. Overall though, it was a very comfortable ship and friendly and we will try them again that's for sure. It was like having two arms wrapped around you and being cossetted for two weeks.
