This is our 2nd Oceania cruise and we it didn't disappoint. Flew into Miami and stayed for 2 nights before joining ship. Check in was efficient and bags were delivered to our cabin whilst we had a leisurely lunch on deck. We like to book a balcony cabin on concierge level as the ‘extras’ are worth the premium (including priority reservations in the two speciality restaurants. Our cabin was spacious, with efficient air conditioning and good sound proofing. We loved the fluffy bath robes and the extremely comfortable beds but most of all, we appreciate the friendly, efficient and helpful staff who look after you. Cabins are serviced twice a day to a very high standard and anything you request is dealt with smoothly and promptly. Quality of food is extremely high and we especially love the Italian restaurant, although all 3 restaurants have their own uniqueness and food and the Grand Dining Room is an experience in just that, grand dining. Guest comfort is the premier consideration of all the staff, but it’s not in the least intrusive. Standard of cleanliness is extremely high. Our cruise ‘Caribbean Pearls’ was interesting and varied and very well planned. A wonderful trip and definitely not our last Oceania cruise!
